About Us

Dr. Kasey Ratliff PT, DPT, PRC

Dr. Kasey Ratliff is the founder of PRISM, where she provides specialized therapy for a wide range of physical conditions and movement dysfunctions. Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and restoring efficient movement so patients can return to active, healthy lives.

With years of clinical experience and advanced training in physical therapy, Dr. Ratliff integrates scientific knowledge with a deep understanding of how the body functions as a whole. She holds both a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Dr. Ratliff is a faculty member of the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), where she teaches courses that help clinicians advance their skills and deepen their understanding of Postural Restoration science.

She is one of only two Postural Restoration Certified (PRC) therapists in North Texas. This distinction reflects advanced expertise in evaluating posture, movement patterns, and muscular imbalances that contribute to chronic pain and dysfunction.

Her advanced training includes soft tissue and joint mobilization through IPA and NAIOMT, functional dry needling certification through Kinetacore, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She provides comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages and conditions.

Dr. Ratliff’s expertise has earned the trust of professionals across the medical community. Medical doctors, sports physicians, chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, and other healthcare providers regularly refer patients to her for specialized therapy and advanced movement assessment. Her work is also trusted by professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, PGA, and WNBA, as well as professional ballet dancers whose performance depends on precise body mechanics. These referrals reflect the effectiveness of her techniques and the real results her patients experience.

Sarah Latham, PT, DPT

Sarah Latham, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a passion for helping people restore efficient movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. She has a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, postural asymmetries, and the integration of rehabilitation with performance training.

Sarah incorporates principles from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) into her clinical approach and has completed extensive continuing education through PRI coursework. She emphasizes individualized assessment, breathing mechanics, neuromuscular re-education, and movement retraining to address underlying contributors to dysfunction rather than only treating symptoms.

She works with patients across the lifespan, including children, active adults, older adults, and athletes of all levels. Her treatment approach combines movement-based interventions with skilled manual therapy techniques, including dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and joint and soft tissue mobilization to support optimal recovery and function.

In addition to clinical practice, Sarah has been involved in teaching and mentorship of students and is passionate about community outreach initiatives that improve access to movement and rehabilitation services.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys creative pursuits, outdoor activities, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Mae and June.

Sarah believes physical therapy is most impactful when it is rooted in trust, education, and genuine human connection. She values taking time to listen, understand each person’s story, and create a plan that builds both confidence and capability. As she joins the Fort Worth community, her hope is to serve others with humility, foster meaningful relationships, and empower people to move better, feel better, and pursue the things in life that matter most to them.

The PRISM Philosophy

The philosophy behind PRISM is centered on helping clients become independent in their health and movement. Rather than encouraging an endless cycle of appointments, the goal is to identify the true source of a problem and resolve it efficiently. Many clients are able to see significant improvements and even resolve their issues in three or fewer visits after the initial evaluation. This approach ensures that patients receive effective care that focuses on long-term results rather than ongoing dependency on treatment.

PRISM services are also designed to remain affordable and accessible. By not working directly with insurance companies, the practice avoids the administrative burdens and restrictions that often come with insurance-based care. This allows patients to avoid complicated paperwork and eliminates limitations on who they can see for treatment. Most importantly, it ensures that patients are free to receive care from highly qualified specialists who focus entirely on their needs and recovery.

How We Treat

At PRISM, every evaluation follows the advanced methodology of the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI)—a rare and highly effective approach focusing on: Human asymmetry and postural alignment Breathing patterns and respiratory compensations Full-body movement through all planes Muscle imbalances and joint restrictions Footwear issues affecting movement Root-cause assessment rather than symptom-based treatment This method works for young athletes, adults, weekend warriors, and patients of all ages.
